So for a while now UPS doesn't show CC (hubs) for hold at location options. For previous packages I've called in and the rep said I had to pay a fee to hold it at the UPS hub and if i wanted to do it for free (i pay for mychoice) then I'd need to do it online.

Looks like I'll just pay to pick up at the hub since if i redirect it to a UPS store who knows when during the day it'll get there.
We had this discussion earlier today. You shouldn't have to pay to pick it up if you are picking up at a hub, but you need to be able to contact them at their local number to ask them to hold it. Online, they will ask for a credit card number. Someone did mention that the 800 number will let you set up a hold and pick up, so you can try that, but if you are close to the hub and don't know their local number, just run over there tomorrow and ask if you can put the package on hold for pick up.

Or anything really. Just torments me until I give in and dive into the abyss.

Yes, I agree. FedEx looks so much better and it's more modernized. UPS looks outdated. Same design for the last 10 years.
God no not FedEx. I can’t count how many times they have sent things back and forth for no apparent reason. I had a package come from Saginaw Michigan before, which is about 45 north of me, and they sent it to perrysburgh Ohio before sending back up to Saginaw Michigan to deliver it 45 minutes away to the south.

I’ve been busy and driving all day, I’m sitting inside a Seattle Seahawks game and just checked my tracking at half time, because the priorities of a phone nerd. Like most of us (I hope) my phone is showing it’s now in Korea! How exciting! Anyways… back to the game!

I was referring to the design of the App, not the service. But Dang, based on what you went through I be annoyed.
