And those flights donāt leave until late.That's correct. There will be internal scans but UPS won't show them for now. It's done internally.
On Thursday, an "Import Scan" will appear and we will find you which flight your iPhone will be on to your home destination (looks like you are in Maryland).

Possibly. Last year, I caught a red-eye flight from KY to LAS. It just depends on the city I believe. But they do tend to leave late.
That sucks. I totally forgot about the no import scan before Thursday thing. What sucks even more that dBrand hasnāt shipped the tempered glass I ordered yet and I donāt even like unboxing a new phone without a screen protector on it >.<

I was on the phone with Apple for 6 hours on Tuesday when I realized it did not have me in the Apple iPhone Upgrade Program, but I was paying Citizens monthly. I was transferred a crazy number of times and was told I was being transferred somewhere when I was actually being transferred to a completely different person with no idea of my situation. It was the same junk I had to deal with a year ago when my iPhone was stolen at UPS. It is disheartening to see what a company with previously good customer service falter so much.
You take an agent anywhere outside the norm or items they can reference or know where to transfer you and it's surprisingly horrible. I say this as an Apple fan, former 10 year employee and stockholder. However, as a human and business owner I would feel horrid if any of my customers had to go through this.
My suggestion would be to demand a case number and callback time once you find someone who you think can help. Also, they can set your Apple Messages to go directly to them for a set amount of time. This was quite helpful in finally unravelling the mess that was my replacement iPhone.
Another thing to request is a warm handoff vs a cold. Warm means they will actually talk to the person before transferring you. They are not suppose to do this but when they do they will actually learn if they are sending you to the correct location. However, some will also say they will and won't
Also would suggest using Apple chat to start if you are stuck in a location for a bit, etc because it gets text that your current agent can review.
Can you all hurry up and get outta here so we can get some movement on the 09/28 party goers!! We've waited around long enough! Now it's our turn!!!
i bought one and received it yesterday, it doesnāt have any iphone 14 pro max branding so iām going in skeptical. š¤·āāļø hopefully i wonāt have any issues
Iām an every other year upgrade kinda guy. I just moved to Louisville this year so this is the first time I could do this. It's amazing how many UPS planes go in and out of here everyday. I ordered 14 Pro 128gb Space Black.

No itās not but the phone most likely has to pass through that CC to get delivered to you anyway so shouldnāt cost to not deliver something and save them gas etc. Side note I called and got mine held free lol
That's wonderful. I hope you will stick around for the iPhone 15 Pre-Order launch. If not, I will personally order you an iPhone myself. Louisville seems to be an interesting place to visit. Planning on making a trip down there next year or something. What's there to do? Seems like a down to earth type town.
