Thank you! I think I'm just going to pay the $6 for the CC that they told me. I don't want to have to waste more time on the phone with them and possibly not even get my $20 refund back on Monday. That CC location that they told me is also the only one that the website will let me select, even if I change the zip code. What concerns me is that I swear the phone came through the other CC near me last year. But I guess if the website only gives me one option and it's the same CC the one agent told me, I guess I just have to hope that they're right.

I went through something similar this morning (after debating long and hard about whether to try the CC pick-up or wait by the window for the big brown truck). I wound up paying the small fee, annoying as it is, and figured it's worth the time I won't have to spend waiting for the delivery person. I don't have to re-arrange my day, skip a workout, wonder where the truck is for hours, etc. The CC where I am (Raleigh NC) is literally a half mile away, and in fact the UPS customer service person kindly gave me the address (which I knew, but it's good to have confirmation) while we were on the phone. I stressed -- repeatedly -- that I want to make sure I get it Friday. And just to be sure, I'm gonna call back Thursday and double confirm. Good luck!

Nope, free version is good. It should show up if your address in it matches your Apple order. But it hasn't for some folks, they can only Track by Reference - that is on the Track page on the right side. Use your order number minus last two digits but include the W.
