The Apple Store app still shows "Preparing to Ship"

The Apple Store is going to say that until the packages clear customs in Louisville where UPS handles all imports.

Signup for a free MyChoice account on UPS with your same Apple shipping information and it should populate with information in a few hours or overnight,

I wish I was getting my phone Friday. The apple website wouldn’t let me order my phone till 15 minutes after pre orders started. I was hoping wave 3 would of already started but I haven’t seen any movement for sept 26-28.

And people can still comment on how irrational some people here are being here. The way some people here have been treating customer service people, in particular, is downright disappointing and not OK.

I wish mine populated. There’s a glitch…many people reporting the same thing. I have all the info in UPS exactly the same.
