Yes sir! Hope you are enjoying your flight. We're getting closer to Manitoba. Should be arriving in roughly 2 hours. The pilot has picked up the speed and the altitude. We are covering alot of grassland this year. Normally, we don't.

Apple still says my phone is “preparing to ship” and delivering on the 23rd, but tracking by reference through UPS says it’s coming on Friday. Any ideas on when that would officially be updated by Apple? Today whenever the phone reaches the US?

Apple status will update tomorrow. We have one batch already in the US in KY and another on the way. Your iPhone will be delivered on Friday.

Looks like wireless charge is good to work on that one, but no mention of MagSafe.

Wireless charging usually works. This screen protector is a little expensive but that was the only one available I could find. $1500+ for an iPhone it's worth the cost. Don't want anything happen to the phone.

What would suck is it would have to pull into a SuperCharger (V3 of course) and take up quite a few spaces for 10+ hours! 🤣

I upgraded my main charger to a 40w Anker fast charger earlier this year - gamechanger! I never want to go back

I wonder what the 14 Pro’s max charging wattage might be once people get a chance to test it. Usually it’s a bit higher than the official specification

Same here. Anker chargers are the best. Just picked up the new 30W Nano 3 charger. Great when traveling.

Alright, guys! Who's going on vacation soon? Where? Testing out the iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max Camera.

Sadly “vacation” isn’t in my dictionary.. but I can’t wait to play with that camera! Especially the macro since I do a lot of photos of my small plants. Our sunrise/sunsets can be great this time of year so a few of those too.
I used to go to Vegas twice a year to see my mom but she passed a few years ago. I really miss all the tourist photo ops there.

As a storm spotter and weather nerd (retired geologist and paleontologist) I like Radarscope (two paid levels) tons of radar features including velocity and such the most common storm chaser used iOS app and weathermate (free with tons of info using local stations in my town with tons of data (depoint, humidity, winds and much more)

I just placed my order for my silver 14 Pro Max, which will be my first foray into the bigger phone territory since I tried the 6S+ and returned it for the regular size. Got an Apple clear case to use until my Bullstrap Ocean comes in.

Good call with the Bullstrap! I’ve pre-ordered a Bullstrap case, too. Do you have any idea when they’re going to be shipping out? I’ve pre-ordered but haven’t seen any specific dates.
