It’s happened - I forget exactly which iPhone it was, sometime around the 4/4S or 5/5S era - but I did end up getting the UPS delivery a day or two early. I’ve also had them totally miss the delivery day in more recent years despite the phone already being on the truck and out for delivery.
I find myself getting so annoyed when someone is asking me for something (to do my job)...lol I feel like saying, "Ask me next week, don't you see I'm tracking my iPhone!!?" 😂🤣
I called on Tuesday and had my 14PM held at the CC here for pick-up on Friday, but the only thing the app has shown ever since is just that a change has been requested. Just below that it looks like I could request the same change using the app, but I'm afraid to screw up anything that should already be in the system. It's a bit vague and confusing.

How would I know what wave I was part of?
Hahahhaha! The struggle is real. I've only sent out 1 email this week. I'm just in my office focused on this thread. With work, I will catch up on Monday. But this week nope, Not a chance! sorry

Now I'm totally freaked. This browser is in a VM. I went to search Google on the main desktop for the closest location. I barely typed and the first suggested Mytown to Raising Cane's. Was it just because a ton of people from MR searched it so it was at the top of it's suggestions???
There isn't any official waves as it were. It was something made up in this forum to differentiate between groups of iphones being shipped over from China on different flights. "Wave one" started shipping out on the 10th. "Wave two" started shipping out on the 11th.
If I were going caseless, I would go this route. Reminds me of the iPhone 4 / 4S. I used to use front and back glass and then the band from Apple. If they brought the Band back, i'd do that quick - with front/back glass.
I always go cheapie. Hasn't failed me yet!
in answer to @JeffSquad question I just turned 59-spent it seeing Rage Against The Machine at MSG-best birthday EVER and a total bucket list item! I am immature for my age-will wear Vans, Chucks, and Docs until the day I die. Love to snowboard and see live music-but NO COUNTRY! Don't feel that old, but I do try to avoid mirrors 😩
Also, @JeffSquad turning 50 was great. When you are 49 then 50 is hanging over you, but once you are 50 everyone says, "You're 50??? I would have guessed you were in your 30's!" 😂
This will be me in a little over a week once I pay my 13PM Installments off. "Can't you see I'm stalking Apple Stores for my iPhone?!" Sad they turned it off now until Friday
