Going to miss football this weekend. But KOH is on so that will make up for a it a little.

Boy has an edge to him....

I see KC gets to practice at Allegiant Stadium, where the SB is being played, while SF (as the designated "away" team) has to practice at UNLV Field (which they are complaining the surface is less than adequate).

Already giving KC an unfair advantage. Both teams should get the same practice stadium, at different times.

They were asking Goodell about that yesterday.

I don't get the hiring of Dan Quinn by the commanders. Evidently he was choice #3, but is he an upgrade over Ron Rivera? I don't think so. There's three top notch coaches that are available, Carroll, Belichick, and Vrabel. I think any of them would have been a better move.

I feel like commercials went from being mostly funny and edgy to really sappy and sentimental over the past few years. Not as fun or entertaining.

Did you see the Paramount ad, with Patrick Stewart and others? I loved it.

Voting for AP Comeback Player of the Year (5-3-1 scoring): Joe Flacco, Cleveland, 13-26-8=151 Damar Hamlin, Buffalo, 21-7-14=140 Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay, 10-10-13=93

Hamlin had the most first place votes. But I guess you do get a trophy for second place.

How did Lamar Jackson win the MVP over Josh Allen?...Jackson's overall stats do not even have him as a top 5 QB in 2023...Jackson was 15th in passing yards, Allen was 4th, Jackson had 4,499 total yards but Allen had 4,830 and Jackson had only 29 total TD's while Allen had 44 Total TD's.......Allen had a QBR of 69.6...Jackson's QBR was 64.7. Lamar only wins in turnovers, 13 vs Allen's 22. But, again...Allen with 15 more TDs (and 6 more than the TD runner-up Dak.

Both won Division titles, and both went 1-1 in the play-offs, but Allen had 535 total yards with 7 TDs, and zero turnovers...Meanwhile Jackson lost the conference championship at home [badly] and had 5 TDs with 2 turnovers in the play-offs. But If anyone was keeping an objective score with the actual stats, Allen wins the MVP easy.

Or I'm good with Purdy too. Guy's been disrespected.

I don't think Hamlin played in enough games. Had he played in half or better, then absolutely.
