29watt power supply & USB-C to Lighting cable

Yes the 12" MacBook comes with the 29W charger. The peak charging rate of the 9.7" Pro is 12W. However it's not clear if the 9.7" Pro can charge @ 2.4A with Apple's lightning to USB-C cable. If not, the peak charging speed would be 10.4W (5.2V).
