Yep, 97 and it's not smooth like it supposed to be with mine. But of course I'm an idiot who didn't see the 3.1 when I originally posted this message.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7A341 Safari/528.16)

I got a 97 too with very little animation jerk.

Got a 97 on my 3G S running 3.0.

Odd though, got a 72 using Firefox and 100 using Safari on my MBPro...

No, my company won't allow me to install any upgrades on my work laptop. I love coming home to my MBPro!

Also, can't wait for 3.1 to be released!

It is a web standards test. Basically does the browser follow the rules of major web standards. The Acid tests have been the baseline all major browser makers go by pretty much.
Webkit (what Safari and Chrome are based on) has been Acid3 complaint for a while. (they get 100)
Firefox is good but does worse than Mobile Safari on 3.0...managing only a 93 on my Firefox 3.5.
IE8 got a 20 on my system while IE7 (IE8 in compatibility mode) only got 13. IE has never been known for their standards compliance.
Opera gets a decent 85 (not sure if my Opera is the most up to date though).

I dont know why everyone is putting 'their' score up on this post? You're all running the same browser on your phone. All iPhones running 3.0 will score 97, all running 3.1 will score 100. Same goes for desktop results, they are identical results depending on the version.

Nothing odd about it.

97 as well on 3.0 3GS.

It was odd for me just because I thought Firefox was as good as Safari in all respects.

But you learn something everyday, and in this case I learned Safari was cooler :D

Holy heck! Here are the results from IE on my work PC.

I just tested this again and got a 97 again.

Perhaps everyone should all post their scores. I don't believe you.

I got 97/100 on 3.0 on my 3GS, and 100/100 on my 2.66Ghz unibody 17" MacBook Pro at 1080p connected to my 24" Cinema Display.

Of course you got 97 on your 3.0 3Gs....it'll be the same regardless of which phone/laptop you use, it depends on what BROWSER you use.

So your 100/100 score was probably because you were using Safari on your laptop (rather than firefox).
