3.9/4.6 bootloader. What the hell?

I was trying to build an IPSW builder with winpwn and i was requested to browse for a bootloader 3.9 and 4.6 on my computer.
Where can i find them???
I am really stucked there and could need some help.
I am working on VISTA

Whenever I build an IPSW with Pwnage supposedly its supposed to ask me to locate the bootloader files but it never does (followed the guide from iClarified.) It still creates the IPSW file, should I be worried?
