Ah, well that figures! Do you have a feed where you showcase other design work?I am a professional modelmaker, and work with industrial designers, and make models, prototypes, art and maquettes

I don't have a showcase page, but here you can find some of my models:Ah, well that figures! Do you have a feed where you showcase other design work?
One is a hollow file, if you have a resin printer it will save material, but for the standard FDM printer you can use the first non hollow version, the infill will make a better looking stand then having to use some support underneathI see two files. Do we need to print both?
Great stuff. & it looks like it can store your AirPods or Watch in those inner ‘pockets’, where a wireless charger could also be added for an angle mounted iPhone.I printed a different design and am happy with the results. I ended up printing a second set for my partner. View attachment 1744945

I’m confused about how these are held up. @odHbo can post a photo of just the stand? Also have you shared the design?I also thought it was a great design, but I was worried about stability,
is it stable enough ?
That one didn't, but their second version was funded in only two hours: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/maxstand/the-max-standReasons I'm really hoping that this stand will make it to production.
I'm not as enterprising with my own 3D Printer.

There is a 3D model of the headphones, but they are slightly offsize.
I 3D scanned my headphones to get the correct measurments, and created the stand with Rhino3D.
This is the test print (older design) to test if the cups shapes were good, I jus added some small bits of 1mm felt to check the fit.

I am also working on a stand that can do charging with a magsafe lightning connector

Hi there, this is Lydia from SHINING 3D. We found your design and I wanted to check with you if you´d be interested in sharing your content with our audience. I´d be excited to hear from you! You can contact me by sending an e-Mail to marketing@shining3d.com . Look forward to hearing from you!I use an Einscan pro 2X for 3D scanning, and printed the stand on my Ultimaker 2+
but any 3D printer with enough bed size will print this, only if you want to print ABS, you need an enclosed printer.
If you just print the object, and use it as is, then PLA is the best option to print,
if you want to paint the stand you might want to choose a better sandable material like ABS ( can be vapour smoothed), or PETG.
I printed these in ABS, as I want to paint it like the Max space grey colour
Always nice to see international corporations taking an interest in a community; and, of course, financially supporting said community by licensing innovative products from their creators.Hi there, this is Lydia from SHINING 3D. Any chance you'd be willing to share a STEP file or some other parametric file that would work with fusion 360? I want to make some modifications but having the correct dimensions of the headphones is hard to get. I know you spent some time scanning these in would be hugely appreciatedI created this retro look Max stand, this can be 3D printed, and is free for anyone.
If you go to a forum for 3D printers, there is always somebody to help you get this printed.
I also created this because I don't want it to hang on a stand, and maybe deform the mesh after a few months
Airpods Max stand by TheHappyOne
This a fun design I made with a bit of a retro look, you can put the Airpods max in the stand without it hanging on the headband, that might deform over time. You can use it as is, but I recommend to put some 1mm sticky back felt on the inside to prevent scratches over time.I have accounted for...www.thingiverse.com
