Yes, keyboard cursor and quickly getting to Wi-Fi from the Settings icon. I use 3D-touch with an app icon for just one other app (banking). That's it. Maybe in Control Center, but there's no difference with a long press there (iPad/older iPhones).

From there I'd get in the discussion whether it should continue to appear on iPhones. :p That's been discussed in length already on the forums though.
How long has the keyboard feature been around? I use a third party keyboard and didn't think I could use it with it, but I can.

3D Touch on it to get the cursor movement? For a while, if not since pretty much the beginning of 3D Touch. (The long press version of it I think was introduced just recently with iOS 12 for non-3D Touch devices.)

Never used it on my 7 or 8. I found it pointless and it always made my hand twitch and hurt. I can't explain it, but 3D touch made my hands/fingers hurt.

almost never. I forget that it's there. The only thing I found useful is on the keyboard for bringing up a cursor.
