it is comming out, i spoke to a rep at rogers he said rogers doesnt tell them when they're going to release it just memos and transactions records of what there going to get. he said in december b4 x-mas or after

You honestly think a Rogers rep would know something like this? Employees in Apple's own retail stores are clueless about upcoming products and there's a lot of proof at these forums that they generally just spout utter nonsense or stuff that is nothing more then rumour - Apple simply doesn't tell anyone about it's upcoming products.
Actually its been in the rogers system for some time now. When rogers reps pull up the ordering system its listed. They just can't order it. So only reps who bother to search for it know about it.

Check below of the screenies, from Rogers. I dont know where your from but at Rogers they dont know the exact date they will get phones. Rogers just sends them a shipment of phones and they open it and its a surprise to them.
Look at the memo and the transactions screenies.

Ok I'm not going to say it's not coming, but I'm going to agree with the other posters.
Rogers reps know ****. I used to be one... we weren't told anything.
That being said, it could just be an error on someone's part (referring to the screenshots above).

Apple publicly stated after their last product releases that there were going to be no more this year (they said that completed their holiday lineup). So I'd say stop waiting, start buying.

Oh, come on. Even if it were true that an 8gb 3gs is coming out, which I highly doubt, why would a bunch of random people at an online forum know when it would come out? Even if somebody did know, and posted a date, how would we confirm the info? There's no way to know. Accept it, that's life.
wow your out of the loop. Rogers has had the iphone for well over a year now. Bell also go the iPhone earlier this month. Same with telus.
