I can't get past the "backing up" stage. Hours and hours and hours just backing up. What's the deal?

I have a 155 megabit connection and it is telling me 11 hours. Apple seems unprepared.

That's not true. Each user is responsible for their own choice of Internet connectivity. Apple has nothing to do with it.

While it's Apples nature to set the example of blaming others and pointing fingers. At some point the end user has to take responsibility.

Apple can only do so much thinking for you.

Wow. What is your problem? This is clearly just a case of apple's servers being under a heavy load right now.
