Scaling doesn't affect this. Your screens physically aren't running at full resolution. You can try and change the scaling and double check this (I may be wrong of course)
You are wrong. I've been using UHD panels since 2 and a half years, it's always done this. On the panel preference (not on the OS) I can see full res @60Hz.

Also, if you want full 5K resolution, you can't connect any other screen to the same side (same controller). You need 5K on one side, and two 4Ks on the other side.
No. I thought so, but it's wrong. I tested 5K on one side, dual 4Ks on the other, it doesn't change anything as what I have now.

Also, I don't understand why two USB cables go into the hub and two USB cables are going from the hub to displays. It doesn't make any sense.
I don't understand what you mean.
Here is how it is now:
Upper left TB3 ➞ 5K Ultrafine
Lower left TB3 ➞ UHD LG left
Upper right TB3 ➞ UHD LG right

EDIT: I think you've been mistaking this for a hub, my bad https://kadicreative.com/products/the-desk-tile

Just try it without scaling

Now it's proper resolution!

Mac OS Sierra doesn't have HiDPI on external screens anymore, so when you select scaling resolutions, it changes physical resolution of the screen connection.

Here everything is nice except that your 5K screen may be running at 30Hz.

Could you please check if it shows 60Hz with another configuration (5K one side, 4K x2 another side)?

oops  I thought about something like that (or even an optical illusion) :D

This is from the 5K.

I disagree on this, and here is a picture of why I think you are wrong.

You can see the @2x and the normal resolutions. And of course, switching between @2x and low res is REALLY noticeable.

Looks like it's time for me to call Apple support :D that's really weird!
To be honest, I'm pretty sure they have no clue.
If you look at the support page from apple regarding Mac Pro (late 2013) and UHD/4K displays, it's full of errors.
It clearly states it's not possible to use 3 UHD panels @60Hz via Mini DisplayPort, but I did this for 14 months, even got in touch with the engineering team to send system reports etc. for them to correct the false informations. They don't care about power users anymore I guess.

So tl;dr: 15" MacBook Pro works like a charm with 5k+2 UHD displays, no problem.
I'll do more testing with a second 5k display before the end of 2016. I'll have 2 5k and 2 UHD so if you need me to test anything, just tell me :)

Yes, they don't know anything. I asked senior support several times and I've never received a call-back (let alone an immediate answer)

Apparently there're more than 2 (4?) DP1.2 streams routed towards each TB3 controller.

My last request would be to try 5K as an only external screen @ non-scaled resolution. What does it show in System Information?

Thank you very much :)
[doublepost=1482834449][/doublepost]It's so inconsistent when Apple shows Hz for some screens and doesn't show for others. And I didn't realize they show virtual HiDPI (i.e. 2560x1440 shown for 5K@HiDPI) for external screens and only physical for internal screens regardless of the settings.
