iMac Pro 5K External Monitor not working at full resolution

I'm having an issue running my external 5K monitor with my iMac Pro.
When I connect the monitor to my MacBook Pro 16" the image is at full resolution.
When I connect the monitor to my iMac Pro, the image is only 4K.
I feel like I'e tried everything. Resetting the SMC, Reinstalling MacOS, tried different USB-C cables. The monitor just stays at 4K with the iMac Pro.
Does anyone here have a clue what the issue might be?
