Tried both, unfortunately. It's got to be a software glitch. It asks for a password, you enter it... like a 5 second pause and it'll ask again.

I forget my exact release numbers, but it definitely coincides with the update to 9.2. It was happening on a previous release, was fixed by a release, then was reintroduced.

This is exactly what I've noticed. Def having issues on my 6s. iOS 9.2 dropped on 12/8, right around the time I started noticing the drop outs & bad signals

I'd like to check in & let everyone know that I THINK I've found my problem. I had a VPN running on my network the whole time & since I changed the location that the VPN connects to, my wifi connection on my iPhone seems to have gotten better.
