is there anything new for an ip5 ? i know it already received minimal updates since OS9, i really don't want to go too far with updates and find myself with a slower phone.
i'm not saying here that apple do this on purpose, but let's be honest, so far it happened constantly with each device, the latest supported version is never the fastest.

If you're already on iOS9, just go ahead and update. If not, then just stay where you are if you're in no need of any of the features of iOS9.

Restore as new.

View attachment 631723

2h 41m usage, 79% battery.

Restored as new on 9.3.1 a week ago.

I may try that, however I restored from new not too long ago when Apple was giving me a run around about and iCloud problem that ended up being on their end.

I just can't remember if that was before or after I started experiencing battery issues.

Using every beta long time before this is one of the worst update
9.3.2 beta 3 was the best 9.3 iOS for far (best battery, less stutter, same ui bugs)

9.3.2 beta 4 was wrong battery and little more stutter

9.3.2 GM is horrible for me
- the phone freeze sometimes in one day (first time it happens to me ever)
- for one time button home doesn't respond and I need to reboot (It respond only two pushes button home and shows multitask carrusel but I can't exit one app pushes one time button home)
- more stutters than before since 9.3.1 I guess
- same ui bugs
- worse battery that beta 4

Could I back to 9.3.2beta3 yet?

battery life seems to have improved a lot. I have also uninstalled Facebook app along with installing ios 9.3.2. I don't think Facebook app can have such a huge impact. My battery life has improved by 30-40 percent. I mean on 9.3.1 it used to drain like crazy.
Wrong! FB is a dog of an app and a horrible drain on battery. Always has been. At one point they were not sleeping the app as required by iOS app terms. Who knows if they ever fixed that. Just use the webUI or Paper and enjoy the extra battery life. Dont look back.

It's kind of a 50/50 thing, for some it goes overboard, for others it doesn't really impact resources or battery life as much (at least not beyond the proportional use of the app, similar to basically any other app).

Are you saying his 30-40% increase was due to iOS 9.3.2 then? And nothing at all to do with deleting FB app? I didnt seem to gain that much with 9.3.2 (or any for that matter). Oh well so it goes.

I used to get around 3-4 hours of usage. And now it has definitely increased to around 5-6.5 hours of usage. I guess Ios 9.3.1 too has the role in bad battery life.

I'm saying Facebook might very well be involved in that case at least to some degree of not to a large degree, but that it's not something that's necessrily universally like that.

Paper is an app from Facebook that allows using Facebook in a slightly different way (in a way similar to Flipboard in a sense).

After 2 full days of usage, I am seeing all stutter from Beta 2 completely removed. Beta 3 reduced it, Beta 4 reduced it even more, but now there is absolutely no stutter on my device. Besides Beta 2, I have never experienced stutter on my iPhone 6s.

For battery life, its 'decent'. Beta 2 offered the best battery life for me since Beta 4 of 9.3, but Beta 2 had the horrible systemwide stutter. Battery on this devices seems to be about the same as Beta 4. Could be a tad better but its so minimal you can't tell. Overall, I am happy with the update.

9.3.2 seems to have improved this which is good news.

Sometime during last evening, my 6+ seems to have had a serious crash, and rebooted itself when I woke it up before going to bed.

Never had that happen with it or any other Apple device before. I hope it's an isolated incident.

Has the app switcher jumping to app, pinching to close, folder open/closing, and spring board lag been fixed?

Check it out. Just search Paper in the app store. Its a FB user interface with a other feeds available. Its a little different but I really like it. I am not a huge FB user but this seems to be great to view your feed.

Occasional restarts are not an uncommon thing.

What issue?

My card didn't add the first time, and then no matter how many resets, reinstalls, or anything else I attempted, it kept saying the card was already in wallet (even when DFU restoring as a new iPhone using a different iCloud ID)

However, it works now!

I get terrible stutter over Bluetooth since the update, it is basically unusable in my wife's car (2011 Subaru Legacy w. Blue Connect). She has a 6s+.

My Bluetooth works in my car, though with my 6s. Go figure. I might try resetting her phone.
