Yea the different angles does that.... here is them stacked.... I can do them all lined up flat on a table if someone would like.... I also have a couple of regular iPads that my kids use LOL

Please do, you are doing great so far!

Those of us on the fence look for such comparisons everywhere, even if we've seen similar comparisons.

For me, the Pros are way too big. The Air 4 is enough for me, I have small hands. It’s all down to personal preference.

I’ve been using my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9” as my daily driver for both work and off-work for the past couple of years and actually love the larger size. I’ve had previous iPads (Air and several generations going back to the original) and the 2018 Pro model is the first that doesn’t feel like it’s an oversized iPhone.

Yes, you have to be more deliberate and mindful of the size when holding it, walking around with it, etc., but it’s almost exactly the same size as a standard (North American) notebook or magazine, so it’s not like you’re holding a 21” oversized screen. What I really enjoy about it, is how seamless it is to go from using it like a computer when it’s in the Magic Keyboard, then grabbing it off the keyboard and using it in more traditional tablet form when I stop working.

Are the extra size and weight unwieldy for just sitting around reading emails, watching YouTubes and checking message boards with the tablet in my lap? I use my iPad this way a lot. I’d love a bigger screen sometimes, but will I hate it at other times?
I think this is the wrong question ... weight and such is an easy thing to get used to, I have several 12-13" tablets and love using them as tablets ... love the extra screen real estate ... the real question is portability and what you intend to do with it ... I have a cross shoulder bag that my 11" iPad fits in perfectly, that none of my other tablets fit in very well ... when I need to do work things on the move, I can pull out the 11" easily from my bag and get it done ... if I had the 12.9" this would not be as easy ... and most shoulder bags that are convenient won't fit a tablet that size. trust me, I was tempted but this years 12.9 but in the end, I decided 11" as I have found it just too convenient to carry, travel, and use in a pinch ... and its easy to hold and use for other uses as needed ...

Loved my 2018 12.9 and have the 2021 on order. Used on the arm of my sofa or on my lap in a case or magic keyboard

totally fine and the size is great for content consumption

the 12.9 looks way too big for me and i have huge hands. definitely going for the 11". i'm used to using a 10.2 iPad and don't want anything much larger than that. footprint should be about the same but just with less bezel + more screen :D

I genuinely tried for a year to like the 12.9" but finally decided to go back to the 11". I think the 12.9" may only be fine as a desktop "computer" (but at this point I prefer the Mac + smaller iPad combo) but is uncomfortable as a tablet. My choice would be:iMac+MacBookAir+iPad Pro 11”+iPhone
