The “latest software” imo is somewhat a hoax. Sure, new features, bug fixes. But only if those are important to you. Blindly updating to the latest version without thinking is not good. That’s why business applications don’t get updated as crazy as tech enthusiasts and maybe home users do.Sounds quite irritating. I would react like you if I had to do that often!
I am not sure what you mean by 13.5 jailbreak. Isn't that something people have been doing to iOS for a long time?
Is there some way I could go back to 12.4.1? I am unsure if that's a good idea, since everyone keeps insisting that we need the latest software!
Ok, back to topic. There is no way to get iOS 12.4.1 on your device that is already on iOS 13.5 as Apple no longer signs it.
When I mention 13.5 jailbreak I’m not talking about if jailbreak is still valuable or anything. I’m talking about the fact that (used to be) latest version of iOS getting jailbroken a few days after its release. Knowing iOS has so many security issues even with latest version of software, I am becoming more reluctant to “update” as soon as possible.
