A system-wide autocomplete app that I can give custom suggestions to, with or without AI?

For example: I have on my to-do list to call to schedule a doctor's appointment, but I forgot that I can make one online. If I type out "schedule doctor appointment or similar to it, I want it to suggest suggest "scheduling appointments online." Are there any Mac Apps that could do this?

Perhaps something like Gmail autosuggest?
