nice.
but what's between System prefs and Word in the OP? just curious. cheers

I think its PearLyrics.

Its a lyric retrieval app, which is no longer available due to cease-and-desist order from the music-bigwigs.

Luckily for me I got it before it went down, and use the widget form of it, and its pretty good.

OK so I thought I would be cool and try that stickies thing on my computer. Well it froze up and now everytime I run stickies, all the post it notes pop up again. How do I get it back to the way things were before this thread tempted me lol

You cant get rid of the stickes without holding down Apple+W untill they all go away.

I reccomend watching T.V. or dropping something heavy on the two buttons.

Not true.

If (and ONLY if) you have NO stickies that you actually need, you can do the following.

1) Make sure Stickies is NOT running
2) Spotlight the file stickiesdatabase (or go locate it in ~/library)
3) Delete that file.

When you restart Stickies, it will rebuild the database and all of your stickies will be gone.

Almost looks like that machine's screen is a little too sticky, and proof that surfing porn with a laptop may be a little tricky/messy.
