Ah, I have family in Superior and Minneapolis. Well, I'll be on the other side of the state trying to get one. I'm not sure how big the demand will be, but I plan on calling some at&t stores first thing to see if there are lines, if not, I'll probably hit one around noon.

I hope the demand isn't that high....

I haven't seen or heard anything about a typing application/dictionary. There is obviously a spell check (of sorts) as it has predictive text, but I don't know how much they've built into it.

thats actually a really good question. my school does not allow computers onto their network that do not have their MAC address registered. yours might be the same way so be aware of that, where are you going to school?

Xavier University in Cincinnati

sorry for the delayed respone i was at orientation

Edit to add another quote:
What part of WI?? I'm going to be in the Sheboygan area hoping to get one. Trying to figure out the best place to go. Not sure what demand will be like in Milwaukee???

My friend and I will be waiting in Milwaukee, we're from Janesville. We will be there early enough to skip the crowds, hopefully my new MB will be here by then so I can enjoy the free WiFi all day, otherwise that is going to be a boring day
