Hey everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic February, fellow Apple Watch users and iPhone enthusiasts! I’m excited to announce the new Activity Challenge for March.

It’s almost St. Patrick’s Day ☘️, and we’re ready to show off our fitness levels and close our rings to the end of the rainbow 🌈 and the pot of gold!

Who’s lucky enough to join the activity challenge when the date comes around? Also, Apple Watch users, don’t forget to participate in the Women’s Day Challenge on March 8th. You’ll get a special award and matching iMessage stickers if you do it (it’s tentative, so please let me know if it doesn’t exist this year and I’ll edit it out).

Thanks a bunch! Stay well and have a blast! 🤩!

Here’s mine for the month.

Glad it is only 2 times.

Super easy, my Apple Watch Ultra friend! As easy as running on the treadmill or on the tracks, depending on the weather conditions!

Thanks a lot, I’m still doing HIIT workouts because lots of cool weather 🌦️ and stormy weather on some days are forecasted. So, I’ll keep warm with lots of cardio and jumping. Instead of doubling my move rings, it’s burning 🔥 547 calories a day for two weeks!

LFG guys let’s go!!!!!! Let’s see who gets their challenges done 👍

Not sure you should worry. It is just past 9pm in the U.K. and I still have not received my challenge.
Typically, you need to wait for a few minutes after putting on your Apple Watch in the morning or after sleep tracking is complete/wake up alarm has gone off to see the activity challenge.

You might try restarting both your Apple Watch and iPhone and waiting for a bit after the restart. Let me know if it works for you.

I have never gotten a challenge like this before. I do a 7 minute "yoga" every morning, but it's basically just a stretch routine before my run. I'm travelling the last two weeks of March, so it's nice that I got a challenge that's easy.

So, you do a stretching session for 5-7 minutes before your runs, right? Make sure to modify it since you had a recent procedure back in January.

I do yoga after my main workout, and I do strength and core training on Fitness+ only on weekdays. The videos vary in length from 10 to 45 minutes. I do the 10-minute ones on Tuesdays when I have class all day and the longer 20 to 30 minute ones on my off days and Thursdays when I only have a morning class. I reserve the 45-minute yoga sessions for my off days or during the long winter breaks when the weather is cold.

Got back on my move streak that I paused back pre Covid.
