Sí, por supuesto. El reto dice andar o correr.
Y @carapau tienen andar o correr por 9 millas de distancia por 2 semanas. ¿Qué es tu reto de movimiento en los anillos de actividad?

Translates to: and carapau has to walk or run for at least 9 miles for two weeks. What is your move goal from your activity rings?

The other day I broke the record 😂

Still partway through.

187 Calories.... wow! That must be a 30 minute with extra effort. I'm still on the 10 minute workouts. :)
Yes, it was a strength with Kyle. I did a 30-minute workout after I got home from morning classes and lunch. 🌅 🥪

I assign the 10-minute workouts in Fitness+ on Tuesdays to create 30-minute sessions if I had a long day of classes. On other days, if I have to attend an event like graduation or work long shifts, I use the 10-minute workouts. Alternatively, I mix and match longer or shorter workout videos. Here’s a sample of a stack I assigned for Tuesday evening, two weeks after a day of 8 am to 5 pm classes:

I pre create stacks for a month at least a few weeks to 2-3 months in advance based on my schedule and what events are happening.
I just walked 5 times 5 minutes in my house.
Another acceptable way to complete the challenge if the weather is bad outside is to do indoor walking on a treadmill. This will also count towards the challenge.

My home is all open on the 1st floor so I have a "loop" of sorts to walk around in. I do this when it's bad weather or if I'm sick... otherwise I wouldn't maintain my move streak as long as I have. ;)

Studio apartment? That is an open floor plan.

I use Apple Fitness for Core workouts, usually 3 times per week. I think I've done all the 20-minute workouts they offer. I tried a few Strength workouts, but I didn't feel like it gave me what I wanted. I prefer to just follow my own routine.

Wow, you completed all 20-minute core workouts! That’s awesome! You should try the other 10-minute or 30-minute ones too, and check out the ones they push out every Monday.

I do all the categories except the treadmill and cycling ones because I don’t have those equipment. I follow a template based on the day of the week, and the timing is based on my schedule. I have created like 350+ Stacks each labelled with the date and day of the week on it. Since I returned to school after a two-month Christmas break, I’ve been doing kickboxing weekends with a resistance component (Core or Strength Training) and a 10-minute Mindful Cooldown. Since it’s still quite cool in the early days of spring, I’m still doing HIIT workouts on weekdays and alternating the cardio component with dance, which helps with a resistance component and yoga. 🧘‍♀️

On Tuesdays, my workout is only half an hour long (10-10-10 to 30 minutes in total for HIIT weeks, or 20 minutes dance, 5 minutes core, and 10 minutes yoga). I do the shortest workouts on these days as I have school from 8 to 5 on Tuesdays.

LOL.. nope but good guess. I have a townhouse so 2 floors which are narrow and deep. I did have a studio apartment when I lived in Hollywood back in the day.
👌🏻 that’s much like the previous house I lived in. Where you only get a small backyard too.

Yup. I have a small brick paved courtyard out back. I have a grill and fire table and a couple chairs there. The grounds are handled by the monthly maintenance fee which is good because it gets hella hot here. But I wish I had more control over things and able to plant so I'll likely move to a single family house again someday.

Some condos and apartments on bottom floors have backyard but not a lot of space for you to garden. 🪴 Mines had a wood gate which separated it from other units.

Completed this yesterday. The trick was remembering to start recording a walk when I started to walk.
Hey everyone! Did you remember to track your walks in your Apple Watch? I also highly recommend turning on auto workout detection - a feature that was introduced in watchOS 5. If you go for a run or jog and forget to turn it on, your Apple Watch will gently remind you to start your run or walk. It’ll also automatically record your metrics, so you don’t have to worry about that.

I have done quite a few of the 10-minute core, but with a warm-up and cool-down thrown in, it just isn't long enough. I would do 30-minutes core workouts, but the longest offered is 20.

That’s why I do a rotating HIIT/dance/kickboxing session first, strength or core, and finish it off with yoga on weekdays or 10 minute Mindful Cooldown.

Do a 20 minute and a 10 minute in a row, using stacked workouts. (Or three 10s of course.)

I do this with cycling workouts - I want to do 50 minutes (or 60), so I stack a 20 and a 30 (or two 30s or three 20s).
