AFP on Mojave Super Slow !?

delayed_ack=0 responds after every packet (OFF)
delayed_ack=1 always employs delayed ack, 6 packets can get 1 ack
delayed_ack=2 immediate ack after 2nd packet, 2 packets per ack (Compatibility Mode)
delayed_ack=3 should auto detect when to employ delayed ack, 4 packets per ack. (DEFAULT)

Mojave 10.14.6 still has crippling AFP speeds to an older PPC 1Ghz G4 Leopard 10.5.8 PowerMac on gigabit ethernet. Used a MP5,1 and MBP8,1. Quick between the 2 but not quick to PPC G4 anymore. Testing on slower hdd's so i don't actually max out gigabit. Perfect for this sorta testing.
The older the osx version i boot into the faster the speed tests get.
