It is sad as the 2nd day on my 10.5 the larger screen no longer WOWS me, how fast we get used to this!

BUT, all I need to do is scroll or play any game and the ProMotion still makes me smile!

The 10.5 was well worth it to me.

I was a Costco earlier. Surprisingly they had a 256GB 10.5" ($719) on display already. It's not even setup yet, stuck at the activation screen asking to connect to wifi. I stood there and just bouncing that wifi selection screen up and down, and I can already tell how much smoother it is.

Gotta have it!

No. 120hz is the difference maker. That's nothing to do with OS.

I think next year we will get 200 or 300 Hz and a major iPad Pro redesign! This iPad although impressive is already Meh

To take the iPhone 6/6s/7 curved edges with a more edge to edge display with removed physical Home button will be ultra WOW

SIGH Yes. With the little time I've had to try out the 10.5 version, I'm too wondering how I will go back to my Air 2. LOL of course I will be able to if I choose not to spend the money now, but this new iPad is insane when it comes to ProMotion. Everything is just so quick and makes a great device like the Air 2 seem "slow" if that was possible. I tried out the 9.7/12.9 Pros last year before returning them and this 10.5 version even blows them out of the water.

Well I LOVE mine! Today I was using my grandson's new 9.7 inch iPad I got him a couple months ago, and I couldn't get over the difference. Of course, I didn't notice my 1st gen 12.9 pro having the same lag as his pad, but it was so noticeable after using my new pro all day.

I think Grandad needs to put his hand into his pockets and buy a new 10.5 inch for the grandchild :)

I'm enjoying my 12.9 iPad Pro second generation. Next year, or 18 months from now when the new one comes out, I'll enjoy that one just as well, if not better. :)
