Airplane Mode Automatically Resetting Now Too?

You’re told to stow large electronics and enable flight mode on smaller devices. I’m pretty sure the airlines know what happens when you enable flight mode on Apple devices, given most of them issue to pilots in lieu of the massive stacks of paper they used to have, pre-iPad.

Why are you looking for a problem here? There isn’t a problem.

Read all the posts before mine, they have a problem. I'm saying its inconsistent and I serious doubt your sweeping generalisation applies that all the airline understand that airplane mode isn't what it used to be. Maybe, or maybe not depending on what it was on your last flight. Aviation safety doesn't work that way.
