Sorry, I didn't know I was not allowed to participate in a discussion to share my findings and opinions. If I am not on money spending train. .. My comments were not eight times .. like 'omg im not gonna buy this' .. They were normal posts, and the one where I explain why I for one am interested in the product but won't buy it isn't a one liner shouting i wont buy it. In return I get someone who is post in a way that's clearly not calm and has to resort to cursing (even if it is filtered out).
Since I am not welcome here, I will just walk away from this thread ~ I don't feel like I have to defend myself for playfully point out 'geesh calm down'.
What you forget is there are some people on here that hate to hear anything bad said about Apple products, which I think is funny.
I'm going to buy them and give them a try. If they blow me away I'll keep them. But it will be tough given their price. At that price, may as well go full-on and get some Bose QC35s.
Apple rep in store just now said Oct 27th, there must have been a mandate from the higher ups to release a date since one is not usually given without a formal announcement from Apple.
Sure you are, and I'm allowed to call you out when you claim he said things that he did not. He disagreed with you and you told him to calm down, and don't get so worked up. He did neither, but you had to make it look like he was so you wouldn't look foolish. Pretty juvenile, but whatever.
I would take that with a grain of salt. Sales people in the stores don't know anymore then any of us do when it comes to release dates. He could well be right but it's not an outright confirmation of the release date. More like a guess.

Seems like they may never happen. Saw an article saying we wouldn't see them now until 2017. This reminds me of the old days of Microsoft where they would promise a release then blow the date by several months. (Vaporware)
I'll buy them if they ever release them. The apple earbuds are the only thing I use now because they are very comfortable in my ears and sound great. I've tried a bluetooth earbud before, Jabra, don't like the sound and they always fall out.

Right? Didn't I see an article the other day that the AB's were going INTO production recently/now/soon?
Manufacturing is such a varied process, especially with this type of electronic, that it could be anything.
I'm guessing that they are seeing people complaining about how to adjust volume and skip tracks, or could it be the amount of people complaining that they are in not sweat proof or maybe they are trying to make them the product they should be in the first place
I got a generic response from an Apple employee here about how there is no release date and how Apple wants to make sure the product is problem free before release. I assume there were some things that still needed working out.
I will probably get some to go along with my beloved Jaybird Bluebuds and my QC35s. I would just use my Bose but I like to listed to music while working sometimes and I feel more "approachable" when not wearing NC cans.
For anyone that says BT is iffy... I want to know what you are using. My Bluebuds never lose or waiver on connection unless I am out of range, my QC have been spot on (have only had a week) and my vehicles don't ever hiccup with the connection to the phone either.
