Well they told me to call back tomorrow to get a compensation, what a bunch of crap.

So I called Bestbuy CS and all they gave me was 10% off the purchase price back to my CC.
 
I ordered from bestbuy.com on Christmas night with a delivery in February. Just got an email saying they already shipped!
 
i ordered my second pair on the 21st after i got lucky to get my wifes pair first delivery window was feb 9th until early this morning i got a email saying they shipped them out i can't wait!

Damn I just checked earlier today and it said 5-6 weeks, now after reading this it says "Sold out" I'm in Miami too.
