AirPods battery life less than one hour on charge

Hello! Please tell me how much your AirPods worked on a single charge when listening to music, immediately after purchase. I get from my 3-3.5 hours. I bought them 2 days ago and I am very upset about the result. Probably I will change, if possible.

Apple says up to 5 hours for music but that also says at volume %50. Have to assume if louder more drain.

The fact of the matter is that I listened to two divisions less than the average value, that is, 35-40%. So did not want to change. In our country, this process is very complicated. But apparently I have to be nervous)

Yea I don’t remember what it was like when I first had them. But I would give anything to have the battery you have now. I think if you have then a while and use then that they degrade and don’t last anywhere near what they originally did. This posting is proof of that.

Thank you for your support, I will go to sleep, and tomorrow morning I will make the final decision. You are certainly right: it is possible that after the exchange I will get a copy even worse. Especially considering the quality of some Apple products lately. I had a lot of exchanges and disappointments. But I will be optimistic, thanks again!

3 hours sounds about right. The idea is being able to recharge them fast with the case.

Charges the case well, out of the box 2 times before discharge, but I do not remember how many percent it was. We just have a country that can sell reconditioned headphones, giving out a new one. There is no information on life from a single charge on websites and YouTube (Russia). And my English is bad and I can’t look at normal American reviewers who present objective information. Ours are trying to sell the product for the money that advertisers paid them.
