Three things are for sure
1) no airpods max this year for sure
2) And the chances for wireless lossless is 0 , or at least until BT 6 or something greater
3) Airpods pro 2 will be at the event
1. That is not for sure
2. That is also not for sure, and actually seems to be wrong according to rumors.
3. Possibly, yes.

Tell me that in one week again
And for 2....we are talking about lossless wireless so thats impossible for now. Maybe in 2-3 years maybe even 4
According to what rumor? maybe somebody that doesnt know how lossless is working and what it needs to work wirelessly (again , to not be confused with spatial audio) BT5 emits 1300Kbps while even the lowest quality 16bit needs at bare minimum 1411Kbps, while the target should be at least 24bit/48khz and that needes 2304 Kbps, so for a good lossless over the air you need almost double of what BT5 offers (maybe they can offer with a new transmitter but only in house with wifi and not BT but that would be strange)
All 3 are for sure sadly
So lets not make OP hopes for Airpods Max 2 when there will not be and he should buy the current one now...and even if God strikes me and show me that im wrong and airpods max 2 are announced Wednesday , he has 14 days return policy and take the new one

AirPods Max were announced in December randomly with no event. I need to be clear. I’m not expecting an AirPods Max successor this year. It’s just not set in stone that there isn’t a successor coming this year. It’s unlikely, not impossible.

The upcoming AirPods Pro are highly rumored to have wireless lossless support using the new Bluetooth codec. It’s expected that if there is a new AirPods Max, it would include the same. In fact, software findings in iOS 16 point to some sort of software update for AirPods Max that might allow for some sort of quality updates.

1) You don't know that for sure
2) You don't know that for sure
3) This looks very likely given the leaks

I hope we get APM 2 but it doesn't look likely for Wednesday. If anything it will be at a separate announcement later in the year but won't be surprised if there isn't anything at all this year.

I'm kinda worry that Airpods Max 2 will might still use lightning port just like Airpods Pro 2.

Consider that 90% chance next year Iphone will use Type C port, this will be a bumper for me who likes to carry just 1 big Ugreen 100W charger (3 type C ports) + type C cable with me only :(

Is this true?
AirPods Max users complain about Active Noise Cancelling worsening after firmware update. https://t.co/5Bw8OYBrDA
I was about to make the purchase and now thinking what is the point ?
