Mine don’t have this issue but I wasn’t aware this was a problem. I will be extra cautious now.

I am in a hot climate (it is very cold at the moment however).

My second pair of AirPods Max, bought in 2023, just stopped working. Unfortunately, the warranty is only one year. In Poland, where I live, Apple doesn't sell Apple Care for AirPods Max. The symptoms are the same as with the first pair. The headphones can't be connected, and they can't be reset. They're completely dead. The Bluetooth board is corroded from water condensing inside the case. An authorized service center offers a replacement for 1600 PLN (439 USD), while new ones cost 2499 PLN (685 USD). I won't be fooled three times. Never again AirPods Max. They're disposable junk. There are already several class action lawsuits in the United States regarding this issue. I hope Apple pays hundreds of millions of dollars in fines and learns to respect its customers.
