Well model number A2084. Firmware 2B588. First impression, nice sound. Not over impressed by noise cancelling. My old wired Klipsch were better , but these are Ok. Would hope for improvement. Will keep.

Any day klipsch will be better. But these are way better for Apple ecosystem.

If shipment for the late January dates haven't started yet, then I guess it’s safe to assume that people won’t get their orders early which is very unusual.
Shipments should start in the next two days to meet stated delivery dates and then for next week, it will be mid to late week shipment for the early Feb deliveries.
It does make me wonder if Apple halted production to do a hardware tweak

I’d say it’s either a serious QC issue that required a stoppage or a small hardware revision that has something to do with pressure equalization within the ear. I’m interested if we see 1.0.1 or something higher?

One never knows. IMO the production stoppage was around the third week in Dec.

I agree. The timing with all these variables is too coincidental. The pulling of 2C54, the suspected production stoppage coinciding with the almost 30 day gap in 13.3.1 beta 1 and 2. Simply too much circumstantial evidence tying everything together.

I ordered 3rd week December, UPS says due here Friday. Funny though, UPS tracking says they left China, went through Anchorage to Louisville, then back to China and left Anchorage again today. The heck is that all about?

Mine took 5 days from when they shipped, if I recall correctly.

I got lucky, got the same as you from amazon.com; ordered yesterday when it was available and got today for $234.98! Gotta love amazon prime! Now it's not available.

Got mine on Friday and have the same firmware as you. They started showing up for in store pick up in several local Apple stores and were also available at third party stores so I grabbed a pair. They are still Available on amazon.co.uk but it seems as though Apple are out of stock again and the stock is drying up in third party stores.

My experience of ordering Apple products. They normally arrive 4 to 5 days ahead of schedule. In fact you may not get any shipping details until the day before you receive them because they will be coming from Leicestershire and not from China

Cool, I’m waiting for AirPods, iPad and keyboard but because it’s a loans order I have to receive all the items together. Apparently it’s the AirPods that have been holding the order up according to Apple.
