Not only that, it is trivial for people to purchase good feedback. There's companies that specialize in that. It is also trivial to get negative feedback removed from most sites (including eBay).
 
That seems exceedingly suspicious. The RAM alone is worth far more than that.
Correct. The Apple supplied RAM at 1866 carriers a smaller premium over the third party 1600, but both are very expensive. I have a few sets of both. ECC memory tends to hold its value much, much longer. It's almost like an investment if you can grab it cheap and then sell it as supplies dwindle.
