Probably not,
but i have heard:

• let your battery drain sometimes so it can recharge fully;
• don't let it drain too low;
• keeping it plugged in won't harm it;
• keeping it plugged in will decrease battery life...

or you could stop listening to folks that are probably repeating crap left over from the nickel battery days and listen to how Apple tells you to use your battery since they designed the batteries and software to fit those rules. https://www.apple.com/batteries/
