General Am I reading this right, iOS 8.1 is STILL being signed?

Major releases (8.X.0) usually have various beta versions and are tested over a few weeks/months time. As a reference, 7.1 was tested for quite a long time.
The 8.1.1 beta (8.1.X) was something we haven't really seen before, but likely was a result of the 8.0.1 fiasco.
