You should just lay it out for him if he picks up and let him know that you are already on to him and to cut the bull about the item being shipped.
I like playing along.. Someone answered a few minutes ago and said Ruben wasn't there and to call back in 2 hours.
Also, the usedsnoopy ebay account is now unblocked and can receive emails.
I like this idea.
If anyone gets him on the phone again, tell him that everyone knows that he's a phony and that he's been telling everyone the same, pathetic crap.

Everybody is pretty emotional here. The people who have been scammed are ultra defensive and people who thought it was a scam from day 1 (like me) are acting like they KNEW it was a scam. Relax!
