Amazon Prime profile selection

My Prime membership has only one profile. However, when opening the app I’m confronted with a choice of my profile, kids, or add a new profile. When there’s just one profile on the account, why make me do this click every time? Is there a way to bypass this nonsense I’m not seeing? Amazon is typically good with the customer experience so I find this functionality flaw puzzling.

With something like this I always picture the Prime employees using this app at home. They’ve gotta be thinking the same thing and they do nothing? Such an easy improvement.
