I ended up buying both the ultra 2 and S10 and the S10 does seem impressive. The ultra definitely has better battery life, but with my use it's not quite 2 days where the S10 comfortably gets a 24h cycle; the slower ultra 2 charging is notable versus the rapid S10 charging, so I can put the s10 on a charger before showering and it's fully charged by bedtime whereas the ultra 2 just sort of slow creeps up.

I've used an Ultra (1 and 2) since release.

I just got my S10 Natural Titanium last night. I charged it to 100% and put it on before winding down for the night. Slept with it on, woke up with it at 87% and about 22 hours after I put it on it's at 34%. Cellular was on, but not in use... I turned it off just a bit ago to see if I notice a difference. I'm sure it's been indexing some, but I don't think it's any different from my old S7SS.

Will give it a few days.

I would change to the AW10 but not being able to use the Ultra Modular watch screen is a dealbreaker for me.

Any views on how long the S10 would last with GPS on, ie doing an 8 hour hike outdoors using mapping and GPS?

Same here. Traded in the ultra for the S10Ti and worried about battery life. Find I only use like 30% before it goes back on the charger. This included a one hour workout.

The S10 Ti is so light and small, love it.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my S10 AW

Almost 27 hours of continuous wear and use - I do use the sleep mode to track my sleep at night with it on as well - and I have plenty of battery left.

Also, you can get around 8 hours of battery life with a 15 minute charge and basically to full in 30 minutes.

Just a great option for the money in my opinion.
