Actually the buyer has a feedback of 235. We shall see if the buyer leaves a negative or positive feed back so we know if it's real or not.

Anyway, I'm thinking that they copied and pasted the description (which is why it says 16-64GB) and used an internet photo.

Whether its fake or real we'll have to see.

It is pretty much perfection isn't it? It's caused my to get distracted from the subject under discussion on many an occasion

I know its obviously a fake but just wanted to add even more reason.

The description states that it is the 3G model whereas the photos clearly show the WiFi only model (there is no black strip at the top of the iPad in the pictures - on the apple site the black strip can be seen from the front view because it cuts into the silver bezel)
