iPad Annoying iPadOS notes bug…

I use apple reminders and notes quite a lot, it’s great how they integrate. BUT, one thing is a little frustrating: if I open a linked note in reminders (initially done by dragging and dropping a note from notes in to reminders), it open in notes, but I can’t access the side bar, so can’t get to any other notes (see attached). So when I do that (2-3 times a day) I have to force close notes. Doesn’t happen on iOS.

Does that happen to anyone else?

On a side note: would be great if this notes-reminders functionality came to macOS. It works with reminders and mail, just not with notes…

Haven’t seen this, but I’ve seen an adjacent bug in notes. For some reason one or two notes I have open and the won’t scroll to see what is off screen. I think I did the same as you, quit and restart. I found that typing a few characters and deleting them causes some sort of refresh in the software that let it work properly. Worth a try. You should report this to Apple. They do listen to these reports.

Good point, just submitted a bug report. Had already done that regarding the feature parity in macOS.

Attached images to show the difference between the notes - quite obvious. Here's hoping!
