Down south
I have a very comfortable fit with my size 5 solo loops. My size 4 braided, that I hoped would stretch, has not stretched, and it is really too uncomfortable to wear. It isn’t unbearable, but definitely tighter than I’d like. I’ll likely wind up selling it and buying a 5.

That said, I‘m not sure about the braided, but I know I won’t be wearing my solo loop in the summer - drives me nuts when I get hot because it gets too tight, and doesn’t breathe at all. That’s one reason I’ve never loved the sport bands, but at least I can loosen them if needed. My solos will be for fall/winter.

I will say that the newer braided solo loops took longer to stretch than my first one that was Atlantic blue.

That said, only you know the fit on your wrist.
