Windows registry. If you don't think this is a problem you don't know what it really is.
Wireless networking still a mess even with homeshare
STILL can't handle large amounts of data efficiently. Try Mari and Houdini on Linux, then try it on Windows. I'll give you a hint the performance differences aren't in the software packages.
