Yes, VAT is included in prices in the UK (and many other European countries). As each country usually has the same rate of tax for all areas there is no need for companies to advertise a tax free price as they do in the US.

STILL can't handle large amounts of data efficiently. Try Mari and Houdini on Linux, then try it on Windows. I'll give you a hint the performance differences aren't in the software packages.
