OK, I think I have read about this before, but I'm still amazed at the EASE of getting a product repaired\replaced by Apple when there is a warranty issue.
Just had to post about the pleasant experience I had at my local Apple store when my ring\vibrate switch "fell off". OK, first off, yeah, it kind of annoyed me that a button could fall this easily off of my, at the time, $300 3G iPhone. That aside, I called my local Apple store, made an appt., showed up, they looked at the phone, and basically replaced it, no questions asked, within about 10 minutes. Yes, I have Apple Care on it, but still. This level of service is why I keep coming back to Apple, year after year, product after product.
Gotta love it. And a big kudos to the Lehigh Valley Apple store employees for always making shopping, or purchasing, a very pleasant experience!
