Honestly OP, did you really have to make a new thread to kiss ass? Toshiba went out of their way to provide in home service (at their expense) to fix my LCD TV that was 4 years out of warranty. Honestly whats your point with this thread?

It fell apart and they fixed it under warranty. That qualifies as excellent customer service where you come from? Rofl... this world must be going down the drain FAST.

The problem isn't with the people in the forums - it's you. This thread is hands down the dumbest one on the page.

Its nice to see someone not complaining on here. The OP I mean you guys are just following the tradition.... Really if he is happy about it I am all for him telling us about it. This is a community where you can post his thoughts he didn't break rules about it. Go somewhere else to complain about thread I would recommend the site forums feedback section if you want to propose a rule about threads that have something nice to say.
