iPad Air 5th Gen - just started last night, it's dead and I went to plug it in and the Apple logo shows up like it's booting up and then just shuts off. Sometimes, the home screen flashes for anywhere from a fraction of second to a couple seconds and then it turns off. Hitting the lock button and the charger symbol shows. I need to unplug and replug it to get it to show the Apple logo again and then same thing happens. I took it to a shop and he couldn't do micro-soldering if it was a charging port, but he connected it to some meter and said it's only pulling .5 amp which below normal. I took it to Apple and they don't do either repair but tested it and said the logicboard tested good. Not sure if it's the charging port how they could test the logicboard but perhaps it did somehow even if it's bad. Any idea from experience what this is? Thanks
