Nothing Yet!:(

Well... it is over a nothing was said about the ATV or the iPhone =( Just iOS, OSX an the only new hardware was the new Laptops

Keynote over, no Apple TV App Store.

Disappointed as usual. I don't know why I keep expecting them to announce an app store and then get disappointed at every keynote. All the inaccurate rumors don't help....

Very disappointing, it was the thing I was most interested in. Hopefully it will merit its own event later this year.

No mention of ios 6 for apple tv. I am disappointed that there are still not 3rd party apps and app store, it was my for most wished for rumored feature.

they did not talk about the next iPhone hardware at all either, my guess (and I repeat MY - very personal opinion) is that they will talk about it along with the new hardware (iPhone 2012 & maybe the TV set) at a later point.

The only bright spot...Airplay w Mountain Lion next month.

I am seriously disappointed.

Really? The biggest :)apple:TV) rumor was an app store. If they were going to open it up to third party apps (and/or some kind of television was coming "soon" with third party apps), wouldn't WWDC be the very best place to talk it up (and get the developers developing)? Get the APIs in developers hands so that there was lots of "wow" when the store would go live?

I see that 9 to 5 Mac has a picture of the developer page, it shows apple tv beta, but it lists is as to test AirPlay with iOS 6.

I guess our next hope for an Atv app store will be with the new iPhone release in the fall. I am hopeful that mountain lion AirPlay works do well people will make apps designed to stream to the box full time.

Wait!!! I finally figured out why there was no mention of the aTV update today. It's such a huge game changing update that they didn't want it to over shadow the hardware and OS updates they announced today. They want it to have it's own civilization changing announcement. I guess in that case....I can wait a while longer.

Edit: forgot to mention industry changing, culture changing, and....DNA changing!!!

Apple TV updates traditionally occur in the Fall. Yes, the Apple TV will get iOS 6. However, Apple always withholds major (and sometimes minor) end user features from the Apple TV software developer beta until they're announced.

So the apple tv is not getting iOS 6 ?

So why do i have an AppleTV iOS 6 beta sitting on my computer for both the AppleTV 2 and 3 (waiting to do my iPhone and iPad first.

The only bright spot...Airplay w Mountain Lion next month.

I am seriously disappointed.

Acutally with Mountain Lion the AirPlay only works with specific hardware, its not just a software thing, same as it does with the iPhone 4S.

My MacBook Pro is not compatible, its processor bassed I have a i7 2.8Ghz, from 2010. So it wont work on mine.
