I use SiteGround and they give me more than I could ever need for a very reasonable price. (Just to be completely transparent, that link will list me as a referrer, for which I get three months free hosting. I'd appreciate it, but if you don't want to for some reason, you can just go to the site on your own.)

I use A Small Orange as well - superb customer service, they've responded to support requests and any account setup changes all within 5 minutes of my emails (even at like 3am on weekends).

I've been very happy with them.

I use Kualo for shared web hosting and Netcetera for dedicated servers, and I'd recommend both. Kualo deserve particular commendation for their excellent customer service...
