iPod touch Any web browse does not refresh page back and forth?

This is piassing me off. Everytime tries to open few tabs, Safari will starting refreshing entire page for all tabs. Everytime after switch back to Safari from other app, say music, all tabs will reloading.

Is this there any web browser does not do auto refreshing? People say iOS 7.1 should improve things, but I do not see this on my iPod Touch and iPad mini retina display.

P.S. Why is the iCloud Keychain decided to turn it off randomly? The message pops up random stating this device no longer participating iCloud Keychain for some reason

Hardware limitations, 512MB does not cut...
